Refund and Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for new, unused, and unopened products.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:
We will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
Incorrect item shipped.
Product defects or quality issues.
If the return is due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or other customer reasons (e.g., not liking the product), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Address:
Returns should not be sent directly to the shipping address from which you received your item.

Steps for Return & Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at support@vlimpro.com within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.
We will provide you with detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipping.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
Inspection Process for Returned Items:
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, and has not been used or installed. The inspection process includes:
Visual Inspection: We will check for any visible signs of installation, use, or damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
Functional Test: We will verify that the air conditioner is functioning properly, including testing the cooling, fan speeds, and other features.
Internal Inspection: If necessary, we may perform an internal check to ensure there is no internal damage or misuse.
Please note: If the item has been installed or used, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 1 business day.
Depending on your payment method, it may take 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Fees and Handling Charges:
We do not deduct shipping or handling fees from your refund if the return is due to an issue on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defects).
For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), the refund will not include the original shipping charges, which are $40 USD.
There are no restocking fees for return and exchanged orders.
Important Notes:
All returned products must be in new, unused, and unopened condition. If the product shows signs of use or damage due to improper handling or packaging, the return may be refused.
Please follow our return instructions closely to avoid delays in processing.
Shipping Damages: Due to the size and complexity of air conditioning units, they may sometimes be damaged during shipping. We take great care in packaging to minimize this risk. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately and take photos of the damage upon delivery. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and note the damage with the shipping carrier driver. Failure to contact us within 30 days will invalidate the authorization for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can only be made before the package ships. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to cancel the order. If you no longer want the product after shipment, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Products:
Please note that air conditioners that have been installed or used in any way are not eligible for return or refund. These units are complex systems that can be easily damaged by improper installation or testing. We cannot accept returns on air conditioners that have been installed, used, or show signs of installation.
