Product Warranty:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all air conditioners. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, including key components like the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and motor. If any of these parts fail under normal use within a year of purchase, we’ll replace them for free.
Please note, this warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, exposure to extreme temperatures, or weather-related incidents. The warranty also excludes consumables like filters and damages caused by power surges or electrical disturbances.
For cushions, we offer a 90-day warranty against defects. This warranty covers materials and workmanship but excludes damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or extreme conditions.
To claim a warranty, please contact customer service with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or additional information may be requested.
These warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If we need to make changes to an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.
We do not store or require your credit card information, as we use PayPal for transactions. However, you agree to keep your account and contact information up-to-date to facilitate smooth transactions.
